Day 4 menu...

Breakfast:
2 rice cakes / peanut butter and jelly
"Mock" lemon tea

Lunch:
Vegetable pizza ( recipe from Dr Davis's book)
Unsweetened applesauce cup

Snack:
Homemade chocolate cupcake / cup Almond milk

Dinner:
Rice pasta with Marinara sauce
Small salad / oil and vinegar

Snack:
Handful of raw almonds dipped in Peanut butter
