I really like Pamela's GF vanilla cake mix. I make the most fantastic GF cocunt cupcakes with it. But I would really like to try some of the namaste baking products as well! :)
I fell in love with Namaste's Perfect Flour Blend at Thanksgiving. I made bread with it then made that bread into croutons for some fabulous GF stuffing! It also makes a WONDERFUL banana bread! I'm not a huge baker anymore (since going GF), but Namaste has some great products to make it easy again!

I LOVE everything from Namaste!!! The Blondie mix is the absolutely the best GF desert I tried! I just wish there were more places around me selling it.
